                 紫外光加速老化試驗箱主要用于模擬對陽(yáng)光、潮濕和溫度對材料的破壞作用;材料老化包括褪色、失光、強度降低、開(kāi)裂、剝落、粉化和氧化等。紫外光加速老化試驗機通過(guò)模擬陽(yáng)光、冷凝、模仿自然潮濕,試樣在模擬的環(huán)境中試驗幾天或幾周的時(shí)間,可再現戶(hù)外可能幾個(gè)月或幾年發(fā)生的損壞。  

                 KW-UV紫外光加速老化試驗機中,紫外燈的熒光紫外等可以再現陽(yáng)光的影響,冷凝和水噴淋系統可以再現雨水和露水的影響。整個(gè)的測試循環(huán)中,溫度都是可控的。典型的測試循環(huán)通常是高溫下的紫外光照射和相對濕度在100%的黑暗潮濕冷凝周期;典型應用在油漆涂料、汽車(chē)工業(yè)、塑膠制品、木制品、膠水等。

            模擬陽(yáng)光:    
                陽(yáng)光中的紫外線(xiàn)是造成大多數材料耐久性能破壞的主要因素。我們使用紫外燈來(lái)模擬陽(yáng)光中的短波紫外部分,它產(chǎn)生很少的可見(jiàn)光或紅外光譜能量。我們可以根據不同的測試要求選擇不同波長(cháng)的UV紫外燈,因為每種燈在總的紫外線(xiàn)輻照能量和波長(cháng)都不一樣。通常,UV燈管可分為UVA和UVB兩種。  

                
            KW-UV3燈管       
                UVA-340燈管:UVA-340 燈管可極好地模擬太陽(yáng)光中的短波紫外光,即從365 納米到太陽(yáng)光截止點(diǎn) 295 納米的波長(cháng)范圍。     
                UVB-313燈管:UVB-313 燈管發(fā)出的短波紫外光比通常照射在地球表面的太陽(yáng)紫外線(xiàn)強烈,從而可以最大程度的加速材料老化。然而,該燈管可能會(huì )對某些材料造成不符合實(shí)際的破壞。UVB-313 燈管主要用于質(zhì)量控制和研究開(kāi)發(fā),或對耐候性極強的材料運行測試。
                UVA-351燈管:模擬透過(guò)窗玻璃的陽(yáng)光紫外光,它對于測試室內材料的老化最為有效。   

            潮濕冷凝環(huán)境      
                在很多戶(hù)外環(huán)境中,材料每天的潮濕時(shí)間可長(cháng)達12小時(shí)。研究表明造成這種戶(hù)外潮濕的主要因素是露水,而不是雨水。KW-UV通過(guò)獨特的冷凝功能來(lái)模擬戶(hù)外的潮濕侵蝕。在試驗過(guò)程中的冷凝循環(huán)中,測試室底部蓄水池中的水被加熱以產(chǎn)生熱蒸氣,并充滿(mǎn)整個(gè)測試室,熱蒸汽使測試室內的相對濕度維持在100%,并保持一個(gè)相對高溫。試樣被固定在測試室的側壁,從而試樣的測試面曝露在測試室內的環(huán)境空氣中。試樣向外的一面暴露在自然環(huán)境中具有冷卻效果,導致試樣內外表面具備溫差,這一溫差的出現導致試樣在整個(gè)冷凝循環(huán)過(guò)程中,其測試面始終有冷凝生成的液態(tài)水。 
                由于戶(hù)外曝曬接觸潮濕的時(shí)間每天可以長(cháng)達十幾小時(shí),因此典型的冷凝循環(huán)一般持續幾個(gè)小時(shí)。KW-UV3提供兩種潮濕模擬方法。應用最多的是冷凝方法,它是模擬戶(hù)外潮濕侵蝕的最好方法。所有的KW-UV型號都可運行冷凝循環(huán)。因為有些應用條件也要求使用水噴淋以達到實(shí)際的效果,所以有些KW-UV型號既可運行冷凝循環(huán)又可運行水噴淋循環(huán)。     

            溫度控制      
                在每個(gè)循環(huán)中,溫度都可控制在一個(gè)設定值。同時(shí)黑板溫度計可以監控溫度。溫度的提高可以加速老化的進(jìn)程,同時(shí),溫度的控制對于測試的可再現性也是很重要的。     

            水噴淋系統      
                對于某些應用而言,水噴淋能更好地模擬最終使用的環(huán)境條件。水噴淋在模擬由于溫度劇變和由于雨水沖刷所造成的熱沖擊或機械侵蝕是非常有效的。在某些實(shí)際應用條件下,例如陽(yáng)光下,聚集的熱量由于突降的陣雨而迅速消散時(shí),材料的溫度就會(huì )發(fā)生急劇變化,產(chǎn)生熱沖擊,這種熱沖擊對于許多材料而言是一種考驗。KW-UV的水噴淋可以模擬熱沖擊和/或應力腐蝕。       
                噴淋系統有12個(gè)噴嘴,在測試室的每一邊各有6個(gè);噴淋系統可運行幾分鐘然后關(guān)閉。這短時(shí)間的噴水可快速冷卻樣品,營(yíng)造熱沖擊的條件。     

            照射強度控制:可選      
                選配照射強度控制選件可得到精確型和重復性好的測試結果;光強控制系統允許用戶(hù)根據不同的測試要求設置不同的光照強度。通過(guò)其反饋回路裝置精確控制照射強度;同時(shí)也可以延長(cháng)熒光燈的使用壽命。
